- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. I give you an estimate including labor and material, if you wish to proceed after that I follow up by offering a contract with a warranty.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do but are not limited to are: Stucco, Drywall, lath&plaster, Fencing (building walls as well), Tile, and painting.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I just wish my customers know how serious I take my job since I have been doing it for most of my life.
