Amanda was my personal trainer for a couple years. I worked out with her 5 days a week. It was money well spent!
At no time in my life, had I ever trusted anyone to stand next to me as I stepped on a weight scale. I had never thought I would enjoy working out with a trainer, let alone having one push me past my comfort zone.
She made you feel comfortable around her, she made you feel like you mattered and she made you feel like you could truly do anything...why because she believed in you and had faith in you!
Amanda helped me to believe in myself, believe that with a little hard work, I could accomplish my workout goals. A few words that come to mind when I think of her as a personal trainer are genuine, humble and cheerleader!
If I were in New Mexico, I would have Amanda train me in a heart beat.

The best instructor I have ever worked with!! The workouts were varied, so you didn’t get bored! She always made sure you were doing the exercises correctly, which I needed!! I was a little older than most in our group and she would give me a modified version of some of the exercises when I couldn’t do it the way it should have been done!!
Always your best cheerleader and always happy and raring to go!!!
