We paid Robert to Complete an Offer in Compromise with the IRS. He had no problem taking money. But when it came to seeing the OIC completed to the end. He neglected to file the needed paperwork. The file was closed with the IRS and we had to move to someone else to complete it. IRS came back with numbers that were not accurate. He stated he would appeal it and did not file the appeal at all. He continued to tell us for the next year he was just waiting to hear from them. During the IRS shut down that was the excuse. We found out from the IRS ourselves that he had never filed as he stated he had. The sad part about this is during the filing I trusted him and even helped him promote his company. That was a mistake. I would never recommend Robert for any tax filings or issues to anyone.
