Lisa Marie’s Catering provides food and beverage service for large and small events. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Cocktail Parties, Weddings, Reunions, Corporate and Private. Full Service Every LMK event is tailored specifically to our clients requirements. LMK is ready to help you plan and execute the menu of your choice, and create the special event you have in mind. LMK Staff arrive ready to set up, serve the meal, and then break it down, and clean it up. Drop-Off Services We bring everything necessary for your event! LMK provides you with disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, serving utensils, and food warmers with fuel. The hot food is delivered hot, and the cold dishes cold. LMK will set up your buffet and ensure you have everything necessary to enjoy a delicious meal. LMK Drop-Off Service takes care of all of the food service details for your event whether it is at the park, or a corporate boardroom. Clean up is a breeze, and no kitchen is required. Box Lunches Lisa Marie’s Kitchen offers freshly made box lunches. Our Box Lunches can include hearty sandwiches, wraps, grain bowls, or entree salads, chips, fresh fruit, side salads, desserts, and drinks. Give us a call for current options, we are very flexible, and happy to discuss the details. Cotton Candy Machine with Attendant Chocolate Fountain with Attendant Bar Services LMK Bartenders are professionals! Our bartenders are SNHD Food Handler Certified with TAM Cards. LMK Bartenders have years of Vegas Strip experience, and amazing personalities. LMK’s Bar Services will provide your event with: juices, mixers, garnishes, ice, ice chests, tubs, tables, disposable cups, and cocktail napkins. All you need to provide is the alcohol of your choice. We would love to discuss signature cocktails for your event, and assist you with liquor, wine, and beer suggestions. Staffing Lisa Marie’s Kitchen can help you with your staffing needs: - Bartender: $35 per hour. - Server: $30 per hour. - Chef/Cook: $40 per hour. - Dishwasher or helper: $20 per hour.

I would give Lisa Solis 6 stars if I could. She and her outstanding crew made our family cocktail reception for 100+ people at the Bellagio such a memorable and enjoyable experience that we still talk about it. It was not easy to navigate all the equipment and the trays to the Executive Parlor Room, but they did it and the set up a beautiful cocktail reception of varied appetizers. We provided the drinks and Lisa's outfit brought in all the heavy stuff as regards mixers--I would not do without her bar package. There was no time when the food trays were not refreshed in during 4+ hours and everything was laid out with thorough care. The finger food was delicious and well thought out for the party. Basically Lisa and her people took care of every chore and we quickly did away with our anxiety in coping for the occasion. Lisa and her outfit are thorough professionals and they came in 2 hours ahead of time to set up and make sure all was okay. You can tell they are completely dedicated to making sure the client’s occasion meets all expectations—from great appetizers to set-up and excellent service during the occasion.

I can’t imagine working with a better caterer than Lisa Marie’s Catering. Stay with me here for a minute as I have a lot to say about Lisa and her team. First of all, she’s wonderful to work with, accommodating, punctual and easy to communicate with, plus her food is nothing short of fantastic. I work with caterers around the country as I bounce around hosting events for a national company. Because I plan everything from the West Coast, I need accessible vendors I can count on even if I’m hundreds or thousands of miles from them. Not only is Lisa a true professional, but she also has the patience of a saint. When I was waiting months for a venue to confirm my event date, Lisa worked with me, putting my mind at ease and holding my event date. When I asked her the same questions three times, just to be sure, she confirmed and assured me everything was taken care of – and it was. Her bar manager, Mark, texted me the evening before my party for 200 to ensure all details were taken care of and offering services the morning event if necessary. Even with all of this above-and-beyond customer service, I wasn’t prepared for the day of the event. One of their team members arrived early, quite early. Instead of sitting around and waiting for his team, seeing me setting up, moving tables, etc., he jumped right in and helped until his co-workers arrived and it was time for him to “work.” Everyone involved was all smiles, friendly and efficient. As the event started, I was treated like a guest with both Lisa and Mark checking on me, offering drinks and food. I chose an eclectic mix: ahi tuna bites, antipasta skewers, petite BBQ pork and slaw sandwiches, various crostini and more. Of course, her team’s handcrafted margaritas were a huge hit. Actually, everything was a hit! Although I can’t say enough good things about Lisa Marie’s Catering and every, single person I worked with, I have to get back to work!
