Hey Jessica! I’m really sorry you’re not happy with the job I did for your wedding. I wish I could go back in time to get better communication and provide better photos for you and Adriana, but it’s not possible, unfortunately. With that said, let’s keep using this space to help future couples since I believe this is the reason you took the time to share your perspective of the experience. On my website and portfolio, I write about my photography style, photojournalistic, and I show photos that support my intention to photograph a wedding, reporting what happens on the couple's day. As a photographer, on your wedding day, I shouldn't say who should be in the bride's room or who shouldn't, therefore, if the brothers of the two brides are in her room, along with many other people, males, and females, all helping each other to get ready for such a special moment, yes, I will take pictures. At your wedding, I delivered 66 getting ready photos and Adriana's brother is in 7 of them, being helped by her, the bride, in some. Your brother is in another 7, in some also being helped by her. Her aunt is in about 13 photos and the list goes on since as I mentioned before, the room had plenty of people. That is, there is not the slightest chance of seeing her brother as a groom, not in the least because he has no groom place, and we have photos of two beautiful brides from start to finish in the gallery. For my eyes, all that connection and help in a single moment means love and it's beautiful. As for the detail shots you miss, I’m sorry, but the wedding timeline, in general, was really behind, you only hired one photographer and never mentioned it was so important. I always suggest that couples invest in a wedding planner to determine a timeline and keep the day on track, as we talked about as well. When we had our meeting I showed printed albums and sent you my portfolio with real weddings and you could see that some have detail photos and some don’t, for different reasons, there are couples that don’t care about it, there are couples that also didn’t have time for that in their timeline. But you never asked why some have and some don't. I sent my questionnaire to you and Adriana, at least two times each, where I ask what’s important, what’s your vision, etc. I never got it back so I had to go with the flow of your day doing my best. I just uploaded to the gallery some photos of the table. The first one shows the table with the timestamp at 8:03 pm and the table wasn’t ready yet, speeches were happening, the brides were on the dance floor right after, and the money dance. Without mentioning that in our contract I should leave your wedding at 9:00 pm. I’m sorry but I did the best I could. About the beautiful dark green suits the men of the wedding party were wearing, yes, they’ll look darker or lighter in different light conditions, like the sun or a flash hitting somebody from behind, or from the side, and honestly, since largely most of them have the real green to my vision it’s not a problem to have some showing different shades. As you mentioned, I sent you more pictures than the contract says I should, so if in the case you didn’t like some, although you signed all of them as favorites, you can always hide the ones you don’t want to see or show, when sharing the gallery with friends and family, clicking on the scratched eye icon on the top right corner of the photo. Once again I am sorry from the bottom of my heart that you and Adriana are not happy with the photos, after all, it was a beautiful day and all I wanted was for you to keep the best memories possible.
