Dimond Shine did an excellent job in my home! It has been hard to find a cleaning service to travel far north in town. Ericka and her staff were fantastic! They worked quickly & courteously.

Diamond Shine did an amazing job with my vacation home! They were there at the time of the appointment and I was very impressed at the outcome of my home, they cleaned and mopped, dusted, changed bedding and all. They were done in a timely manner & Every little detail as I had asked and it was so worth it! Thank you Diamond Shine & Mrs. Beatty! Agreed they would come out on Sunday...3 hours of cleaning with 2 people for $80.00 per her quote. She called 10 minutes after they were suppose to be there...said they got delayed at another clients...Asked if they could come the next day at 10:30....We said OK...Monday they showed up at 10:45...and stayed for a little over 2 hours and said they were done...My husband mentioned two other projects that we had talked about them doing and they said they that would be "Deep Cleaning" (wiping down blinds...really????) and (wiping down base boards) and that would cost more....didn't mention that when I interviewed her... We do not keep a cluttered or dirty home so neither of these (extra) projects would have taken that much time and one of them could have been accomplished or at least started in the time frame they had agreed upon....They did not even wipe down the doors between rooms or switch plates....This was not worth the $80.00 I paid...Think I should have paid more and gotten a good professional in. I was very disappointed in both the job done and lack of work ethic.
