Leland designed my duplex in Mid-City, Los Angeles over the course of 6 months. It was a complete remodel of interior, exterior, with two new bathrooms. Leland’s impeccable design eye, responsiveness, product research, and always calm / positive energy made for an incredible experience and outcome. We tastefully updated a 100 year home which is now home for my family and also generating strong rental income from the type of tenants we wanted to attract. He is the consummate professional and understands how to take care of his clients. I can’t wait to work with on my next project and highly recommend him to anyone.

Leland has beautifully always installed all my light fixtures and has been the best person to bounce design ideas off with. He understands the foundations of space and always makes things come alive and feel lived in, not sterile or cold.

Okay, so, I have to say, I wasn't sure of what I was going to get, given this is thumbtack and I didn't peg it as a higher end design platform but I was so wrong.
I have worked with Leland on multiple homes/apartments of mine, the first picture below is from the first apartment, and he was able to make it look so next level and high end. It was only 900sqft and he his approach and vision turned it into what felt double the size and a world's difference in aesthetic. The next few pictures are from my current residence, and the execution I could not be more happier.
After seeing pictures from his past jobs, which, by the way, are literally of homes of the Hollywood elite, I decided to give him a try, and it has changed the way I truly live in my home for the better.
Not to mention, he has connections everywhere, so he also has the ability to help develop custom pieces, from furniture to art. I'm proud to post this review, I rarely ever post, but Leland truly deserves all of work he can possibly get. If anyone needs a reference or has questions, I am more than happy to vouch and answer.
