- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My mural pricing is based on square footage as well as the "complexity" of the design. The estimate and sketch are free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically get a basic idea of what my client is looking for by speaking with them by phone, then set up a time to go to their home/business to take photos, measurements, and notes. I create the sketch in a reasonable time, and present the sketch along with the estimated cost for the service. If adjustments need to be made, I do so before collecting a deposit to lock in a start date for painting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Art Education, as well as over 20 years experience painting residential and commercial murals and custom artwork in the Las Vegas area.
