Russ guaranteed me he would get the animal smell out of my son's condo and he means it when he says "guaranteed." My daughter was moving in and though she couldn't smell anything after the first treatment, Russ insisted he wouldn't take a payment after the first treatment and he'd stop by to treat it again. This happened 4x that Russ came by until he was like one of the family & he never raised his price!!! We had to INSIST on paying him though we couldn't smell anything anymore! He did an AMAZING job, but he still wanted better than perfection. Russ is amazing! Look no further, you've found the BEST pro, best priced, most responsive and the most knowledgeable. I’ve never written a review before for someone who did no work for me 😂 but I am now because he was honest enough with me to tell me that he could easily do the job but it would be in my best interest to go another route.
