Although it took a little longer than expected Chris was an exceptional it tech that thoroughly went through my system and found and fixed all the issues for my computer he kept me informed and explained everything on the way. I will use them again and for the price I'm very grateful to them.

Chris explained to me that I 'could" put a Band Aid on a wound that needed more than stitches...The service was very prompt, my need was immediate and ,long story short I left with a refurbished laptop...Happy.

I am a pc enthusiast who because of a physical disability, needs help installing parts. I had Outlet PC install new a motherboard, ram and processor. Mostly interacted with Chris but all of the employees seem friendly and helpful. Service prices are very fair and my PC was ready in a timely manner.
