Seth gave up the Saturday of his holiday weekend and did an incredible job sprucing up our windows, sliders, screens and tracks so much that they look brand new. He’s kind, considerate and extremely thorough in his work - also offers handyman and electrical work if needed - all around just a top professional and a great guy. Highly recommended!

I was looking for someone to detail my car when I came across Spot Free Bosses minivan. I sat down and talked to the young man, Seth. I soon found out that his area of expertise was solar panel cleaning. I scheduled an estimate and after he completed detailing my car; I decided to move forward with our solar panel cleaning. I’ve never worked with a better handyman than Seth at SpotFreeBosses. He is so friendly! And he truly goes above and beyond the job at hand. He has fixed screens, windows, doors, doorknobs, put together furniture, lights, security systems. He has pressure washed solar panels, and cleaned out gutters. He truly does it all and he offers the best prices as well. He definitely doesn’t try to nickle and dime anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look forward to working with new people every day! I respond right away with a greeting on Thumbtack and a text message or phone call to arrange the best and earliest date that suits their schedule. Upon arrival I do a walkthrough to look at the project and give them either my estimate or my hourly rate depending on what project it is to make sure they are happy with the price they will be receiving. Before completing my job I always make sure my clients are pleased and thoroughly satisfied with the quality of my work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research on what the average cost is of the project or task you need done in your city and state—Don’t be fooled by someone offering a great discount compared to that average price because they are more than likely going to get the job done inadequately and carelessly. A professional who believes in the value of their work will charge an appropriate and fair number.
