This company is fabulous. Last week during the rainstorm, I had a surprise ceiling leak. My insurance company had sent out one of their vendors that was unable to fulfill their obligation, even with an active ceiling leak during the rain. I found Lifesavers Restoration on thumbtack. I sent them a message. They responded within 10 minutes and were at my that night dealing with the issue. Anytime I had questions, Rudy or the team that was sent out, they all answered without an issue, hesitation or an annoyance. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. 💓 I would use them in the future if needed.

From the very start, Rudy was able to come out to our home immediately to assess the water damage and explain all the options we had moving forward. He guided us through every step of the process, including helping us submit a claim, and made sure we understood everything along the way.What stood out the most was Rudys responsiveness whether by phone, email, or text, he was always quick to respond and willing to help.
