- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150.00 is my standard rate for audio mixdowns. I'll begin the job before payment and supply a "seconds" based preview to the client after completion. However, I will not release the full completed work to the client until I receive payment. I will give the client two days maximum to request any changes after receiving the full completed work. If the client requires further changes after the first request, the second request will be the final and it will need to occur two days maximum after the first request. For any changes outside those terms, it will require an additional $75.00 paid in advance for all subsequent changes (3 or more).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm first inclined to show work examples. I want to know about their style and focus. I'm inclined to request audio references and sharing any necessary insights that they should know about if it's not apparent in their work or objective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a professional DJ and music producer in electronic music genres. I've been mixing music with a concentration in engineering for 15 years now.
