- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is highly competitive and is aimed first and foremost at helping the customer. Because we are a family owned company, we are able to offer pricing that is far below most of our larger competitors. We offer first time, senior, military and public service discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hiring a plumber can be a stressful and worrisome experience. Signature Plumbing strives to help and guide our customers through this experience by putting their mind at ease in educating our customers and assisting them in making the best decisions for their families and their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
C1-D plumbing license along with certifications from OSHA, Rinnai Tankless Systems, Gas Installation Certification and Nexstar Service Certified and trained.
