FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, straightforward pricing with no surprises. Before any work begins, we explain the issue and provide clear pricing so you can make an informed decision. Our service calls include a professional diagnostic to accurately identify the problem. If you choose to move forward with the repair, that diagnostic fee is often applied toward the work. We aim to provide fair, competitive pricing while using quality parts and professional workmanship so the job is done right the first time. From time to time we also offer seasonal specials or discounts for certain services. Our goal is simple: transparent pricing, reliable work, and long-term customer relationships built on trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by asking a few questions about the issue so we can understand what’s going on and schedule the right type of service visit. During the appointment, we inspect and diagnose the problem, explain the cause, and go over the recommended solution with you. We make sure you understand the work before anything begins. Once approved, we complete the repair or service using professional tools and quality parts. Before we leave, we test everything to make sure it’s working properly and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
