Highly recommending Provision Plumbing. Professional, highly knowledgeable, and great communication. He left us with absolutely no question we made the right choice. Daniel responded to my frantic call for help with my water heater leaking out into my garage. It’s a Friday night, it’s after hours (8pm), and I had no idea of how to shut the valve off. He was here within 40mins, told us exactly what was happening and gave us a breakdown, in layman’s terms, of what needed to be done and what it was gonna cost us. As homeowners, occasional repairs are to be expected, replacing the water heater is on the long list of things that come with maintaining a home, so it’s really nice to find a professional who cares about his customers and their financial hardships enough NOT to take advantage of the situation. He charged us a fair price for his labor and disclosed the upfront costs of material options, their durability/longevity and best choice based on our home needs and usage. The job was completed within a few hours and he even cleaned up after himself. We would’ve (and have) paid twice as much for the same job. Provision Plumbing is now our Go-To for all our plumbing needs. If you’re in the Las Vegas area use this local business. Thank you Daniel!
