- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to be as upfront with pricing as possible. No one likes "surprise charges" and I am proud to say that I don't have any :) Any service that is done for a customer is thoroughly discussed as far as exactly what services it is that is needed and how much it will cost them. There are "Menus" for all of the services that are available. Each menu has information about the service (name, price and what is included) in attempt to make it easy for customers to be able to instantly see all prices and descriptions of the available services offered by Whiskers & Paws Pet Care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with a new customer the 1st step is discussing which service/s that the client wishes to have done during our appointment. The 2nd step would be getting to know a bit about their pet. I send a new client information form to fill out to each of my customers. The purpose of this form is mainly so I can get a bit of background history on their pet whom I will be working with that way I am able to prepare for our appointment accordingly.
