We have been dealing with an intermittent issue with a dripping sound coming from our laundry room. We called our plumber - he found nothing wrong with the plumbing. Then we called our water softener technician. Turned out there was a leak coming from the water softener which he repaired. Problem solved or so we thought. Yesterday, Ed came to the house to check out the washing machine. Luckily, no problem with the washing machine. Ed went the extra mile by checking in the attic and it turns out it has something to do with our AC. Kudos to Ed. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ed was absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely professional, was right on time, and provided great value.
