- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the Thumbtack Platform cost of your lead as a percentage when received. Service Fees are applied and waived if hired. Our prices are quoted professionally as a Licensed, Insured, and Bonded Contractor that is a requirement by LAW in the State of Nevada. We are not the handyman pricing because it is highly Illegal to have any Handyman perform Electrical or Plumbing work done by a Non Licensed person who calls themself a pro. Please beware that Thumbtack does send out your leads to NON-Licensed Handyman as well to not knowing the Laws required. Our prices are set flat rate fees and no hidden or unexpected costs. We offer discounts to seniors, military, first responders, and repeat customers. We also offer package deal pricing on multiple quantity jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work and strive hard for new customers showing care and respect to them and their home. Understand the customers needs and go far and beyond to help and appreciate their business. We are very informative to the work we will do and make sure we keep the home as clean or even better than we started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians are previously trained, tested and certified to the quality of work they do with 10 to 20 years of experience. Our technicians also have trade school backgrounds.
