We'll respond promptly to gather the basics: Type of event (e.g., birthday, wedding, corporate) Date, time, and location Estimated guest count General idea of your needs (bar only, signature cocktails, full-service, etc.) 2. Consultation & Quote We’ll schedule a quick consultation — by phone, video call, or email — to better understand your vision. We’ll discuss: Drink preferences or themes Alcohol and supply responsibilities (we can provide everything or work with what you supply) Service duration and number of bartenders Add-ons (e.g., mixers, glassware, bar rentals, custom menus) You’ll then receive a clear, customized quote and service proposal. 3. Booking & Deposit Once you're ready to move forward: We’ll send a service agreement and invoice A deposit (typically 25–50%) secures your date Remaining balance is usually due before the event 4. Planning & Prep We stay in touch as the event approaches. We’ll: Finalize drink menus and shopping lists Coordinate arrival/setup details Ensure all permits, insurance, and logistics are squared away If we’re supplying the alcohol or ingredients, we’ll handle purchasing, delivery, and storage planning. 5. Event Day Service We arrive early to set up the bar area, prep ingredients, and be fully ready when guests arrive. During the event, we: Serve responsibly and professionally Keep things clean, organized, and engaging Adapt to the flow of the event and guest needs 6.
