- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are beyond fair based on my experience. I do require either a tip jar and/or a 20% grat on service charged
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask the client what kind of event would I be bartending at and asking what their vision for a bar experience is, then explaining how I can provide that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bartenders taught me how to bartend.
