Hi, I’m Carmela, owner and bartender behind The Mixer Mobile Bar. I’m a dry-hire mobile bar service, which means I do not provide, buy, or sell alcohol. I do have a liquor caterer license in Clark and Henderson and I carry general liquor liability insurance, so you can feel confident your event is covered.
The Mixer base package includes a professional bartender for 3 hours, portable bar, set-up and breakdown time, all dry goods (cups, napkins, straws), a custom menu (up to 3 drinks), décor matching your color and/or theme, a detailed shopping list, and unlimited support/consulting. Packages typically start at $650+tax, depending on guest count and event details. Custom quotes for 1-2 hour services & under 20 guests. For ice delivery (storage included) it is $4/guest and mixers/garnishes is $5/guest
We also do Bartender-Only events, which start at $400. This includes a bartender being sent out + bartender tools. Additional fees for dry goods (cups napkins straws), a portable bar, and more are available!
