- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on number of guests, length of service, and pertinent details. For example, wanting one or more signature or specialty cocktails, and whether or not a bar setup is provided, or if we will need to provide one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers **************************, we respond within 24 hours. In that e-mail, we request a phone number to schedule a call and discuss the details of their event and bartending needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bartenders are TAM Card, (Alcohol awareness certified), SNHD Food Handlers Certification, and Non-Gaming Certification through the LV Metro Police Department. Lead Bartender, Owner, Tamika, also holds an additional certification from ServSafe, Alcohol Awareness, Diageo Bar Academy, and education and training offered through Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
