Josue did an amazing job on our floors!!! The tile and baseboards look absolutely fantastic in our living room, hallway and laundry room. Josue gets the job done with quality work!! Alfredo painted my entire 2/2 condo and put in 900 sq.ft of vinyl flooring. If you want a fair price hire him. If you want poor communication (not just command of the English language, but just plain old communication). Also, get everything you want done or expect to be done in writing! Because he will not
