The worst experience ever! Here is why: I went to Vegas with my girlfriends to celebrate my bachelorette party. I thought it would be fun to have a photo session together before the actual celebration. I found Optionz online, the website looked pretty good, the woman on a phone sounded nice, so I went ahead and bought the "Just Us Girls" package. They told me over the phone that we would have: makeup artists, hair and outfit stylists to prepare us for 2 hr photo session. Also, we could choose few pictures to be touched up and have CD with all the picture right away + for $35 extra we would be provided by Optionz limo to bring us back to our hotel. When we got there, we were told twice the same plan. After signing the questionnaire and informed consent the ugly reality started. 1) the place wasn't clean: the robes provided smelled with someone's perfume, and the slippers were sticky, the obvious sign of being worn by clients before and not cleaned. I was in a very good mood so decided to pretend I didn't notice that. 2) the makeup artist wasn't ready for me. They lacked makeup removal supplies, Q-tips. Instead of tissues they had toilet paper, they were sharing the same make-up brushes between 3 of us (I didn't see any sign of them to be sanitized or even washed). No eyebrow pencil of any kind. I had to shape my eyebrows with wet brush and eye shadow. I was called "to be anal" for asking for an eyebrow pencil. There was an absolute absence of professional ethics!!! 3) The makeup process was extremely painful and frustrating. The assigned artist was incompetent ( I truly doubt her training). I completely disliked the result and after asking her if we can do some corrections I was instantly attacked by Roxane standing next to me. She was very rude and intimidating; she was talking me down for about 10 minutes. I felt as if I was in a bad neighborhood worried for my safety. I just wanted to leave immediately, but because I didn't have transportation available, I decided not to argue with her and suffer till the end. And, of course, they didn't do a thing to correct that messy makeup. 4) here comes the hair style: the "professional" hair stylist just made a ponytail on top of my head, then did 3 curls, done. it took her 2 min; I had to shape it up by myself. 5) the closet with outfits didn't have any outfits :) just lingerie and 2 polka dot dresses ( questionable cleanness). we end up wearing what we had. 5) photo session: it took her 5 min total for three of us. Roxane was doing it with such an angry facial expression, that it made it difficult for us to smile for the camera. After we had been done, one of the employees told us to wait because we would be called to the separate room to look at the pictures and choose the ones we like to be photoshopped. After sometime Roxan came back, charged my card for $538, gave us the CD and that was it. The limo they promised wasn't there, they just called a separate limo service for us, we end up paying the driver $65. 6) the photos: EPIC FAIL!!! She was taking pictures from the "top to bottom angle" that made our bodies look extremely un-proportional with legs extremely short. She either has done it on purpose or she just unable to do this job. Good luck to you if you still decide to take a risk and visit that place.

Optionz Photography will not tolerate emotional bullying/abuse from it's clients towards any and all of it's staff. Our packages can be found online with a description of product, services and pricing. The Just Us Girls package does not include any retouching or transportation. Our makeup artists are fully trained in sanitation and application. Our open door policy encourages anyone to stop by during normal business hours to tour our establishment if cleanliness is a concern. Optionz enjoys strong collaborations with outside entities such as transportation and cleaning companies that have been built on honesty, integrity and a willingness to pay. And though we can't control the character and morals of our client base we hope they respect these collaborations as well.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Took my daughter there for her birthday for Mother/Daughter day and have gone back again already a month later. Had a great time! Well worth the money. Very professional, friendly, and fun staff. Felt completely comfortable the entire time. They go over and above to make you feel confident and relaxed during the photo shoot. Never felt more pampered!! Getting my daughter's senior pictures taken here too. Telling all my friends they must try it out!!!
