I highly recommend AAA carpet cleaning If you need your carpets cleaned. Shannon (owner) was very kind and gave me good price and discount for my first cleaning. My carpets had heavy stains, now they are completely gone. They used a special product (Pet urine crawlers) a special enzyme based product to tackle pet stains/dark spots on my carpets. After everything was finished it looked restored and smelled great too! Shannon will personally come to your house for the first visit and will do the estimate free of charge! If your carpets need some love call AAA carpet cleaning !

Shanon and the team absolutely nailed our carpet cleaning job. I prefer to work with people I like and trust and let me know just say these guys for that exactly. We worked with them twice now and both experiences have been phenomenal. He suggested the crawlers, it wasn’t cheap at all but it really works amazing. Carpet was like brand new by the time he left.

This is the best carpet cleaning company ever! The quality of work is not just good but excellent! Our "off white" inset carpet areas, "off white" couch and breakfast area rug look brand new, wow! The staff is very professional, cordial and efficient. They explained the quotation, process and they delivered! Thank you for a job well done, amazing! I can’t even begin to express the quality of service that Shannon and his team perform. I called yesterday afternoon and Shannon was able to come this morning. What prompted me to call was the pet (dog and cat), and kid stains that had been haunting me. After only a few hours, Shannon and Randy were able to get my 14 year old high-traffic, soiled carpets looking brand new. I’m so grateful and can’t thank Shannon and Randy enough!

Shannon is great. He is knowledgeable, personable, and very straightforward. Shannon and his team arrived on time, explained what I should expect, and worked quickly but thoroughly. Shannon and his team also set me up for success by arranging furniture(that I would need to move alone after my carpets dried) in an easily transportable and safe manner. Our Competitors ... A popular way our competitors use of attract potential customers is advertising the lowest price, most affordable rates or being the cheapest carpet cleaners in town. This method does work for many of our competitors but, at the end of most transactions many unknowing customers learn a cold hard fact, YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR OR LESS. Many of our competitors advertise that they have the best rates or the cheapest price in town and unfortunately the flaw in this business practice is revealed both in the customer service experience they provide, as well as actual cleaning results you receive by the end of their job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer onsite estimates “ Only”. We schedule the job. At that time a technician performs an onsite evaluation and after examining/inspecting areas to be cleaned the tech will give the price/quote as well as expected results as to outcome once cleaning has been completed. If the client approves of pricing and cleaning is done immediately the cost of estimate will be waived.. there will be no charge for the estimate. Estimates for non-service calls a 25.oo minimum.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We as a family business has been cleaning carpets for over 26+ years. and have been Certified by the IICRC "Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification" in the areas of Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile & Grout cleaning, Odor control, Water Damage Remediation, Smoke & Fire Damage Remediation and Carpet Repair & installation.
