- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not like surprises here at cleansmart. We like to give our clients a clear idea of their bill, and of our duties. If our customers decide to hire us, they will pay only the amount on their pre-inspection priced invoice, not a penny more, no matter what it takes to get the job done. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required by our certifying body; IICRC, to follow a continuing educational program in order to maintain our certification status. We also think than knowledge improves our quality of work, so that we could serve our clients more professionally
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please make sure they are certified so that you could get a proper treatment for you cleaning purposes. Only certified technicians have the proper education and knowledge to do the job professionally.
