The initial correspondence from Alex was very informative. She explained the process in detail and gave one set price. She sent numerous pictures of their work. I was then Sold and did not need to look elsewhere. Upon hiring Dial Carpet Cleaning, an appnt was made to accommodate the time and date I requested. A technician came and cleaned the formal living/ family room, bedroom and stairs. Evidently, their was gum embedded in a small area of the family room, he was able to extract it out of the carpet. I was impressed and very happy of the results. My carpets look immaculate. Every room looks like I literally replaced the carpets. I can definitely tell that the Technician and the company take pride in the work that they provide. I would highly recommend Dial Carpet Cleaning. I will surely call them again in the near future. Thank you so much!!
