The initial correspondence from Alex was very informative. She explained the process in detail and gave one set price. She sent numerous pictures of their work. I was then Sold and did not need to look elsewhere. Upon hiring Dial Carpet Cleaning, an appnt was made to accommodate the time and date I requested. A technician came and cleaned the formal living/ family room, bedroom and stairs. Evidently, their was gum embedded in a small area of the family room, he was able to extract it out of the carpet. I was impressed and very happy of the results. My carpets look immaculate. Every room looks like I literally replaced the carpets. I can definitely tell that the Technician and the company take pride in the work that they provide. I would highly recommend Dial Carpet Cleaning. I will surely call them again in the near future. Dial Carpet cleaning was the first one to bid my job with no hassle. They also had the fairest price. When I was ready to schedule the job they did it quickly and the technician was "exactly" to the minute on time and finished quit quickly. Their machine is quiet and did not disturb the household and the job was done with 100% professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to clean their carpets hassle free.
