*We use a heavy-duty truck mount and all top name brand products (best way to go). *You're not only paying for the cleaning, but for the full experience.
*For best estimates, know that an average size room is between 100-170 sq' which is about 10'×10'-13'×13' which will determine whether we will charge for 1 rm or more and a full set of stairs is 16-18 steps!
*Make sure you give us the sq' of the carpet you would like cleaned, not the whole house.
*Make sure you give us the total amount of rooms you would like cleaned, not just the amount of bedrooms.
*Best results, pick up all loose odds & ends off the floor and feel free to pre-vacuum before our technicians arrive so they can focus more on the problem at hand. We service commercial / residential move-ins and move-outs and yearly maintenance. Yearly memberships are available as well so can manage your cleaning needs;)
