Zach was great. From the phone call to the company all the way through the whole process of cleaning my carpeting. He was very respectful on the phone and at my home. Great customer service I will hire them anytime. I'm going to try them for my upholstery and hopefully it's Zach again. Great customer service.

Zackery provided excellent, professional service and communication with a smile! This was our second time using Service First and we were extremely happy both times. They removed pet stains, left our home smelling fresh and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Service First Carpet and Floor Cleaning!

Zach did an awesome job washing carpet and tiled floors. He was prompt and on time. He brings all his equipment with him. His truck has a diesel engine that powers his equipment. His prices are very reasonable considering the cost and time needed to get the job done. Do yourself a favor, don't waist your time and money on a toy that you buy on Amazon. Carpet and floor washing is a serious job that should be left to professionals with their powerful tools. I highly recommend this company for all future clients. Thanks for reading my review.

From scheduling to reminders through completion of the job, everything has been excellent. Zack communicated with me and provided a solution when I thought wed have an issue with the electric not turned on yet. They arrived on time as scheduled, did a thorough job, and my floors look wonderful. I definitely will utilize their services again in the future. Thank you!
