Simone, as discussed thoroughly with you prior, during and after your event. Our team was and always is committed to providing our clients with the utmost attentive service and cuisine for your special event. It is unfortunate that you have viewed things the way you have and my sincerest apologies for this. It was difficult to meet your budget requirements and fulfill all of your last minute request/changes by yourself, mother and aunt. It was also a challenge to feed your hungry guest, my service staff never made it out of the in doors with "full" Hor d'ouevres and champagne trays. Which may be why you still believe things were not served. I did express these concerns to you already though. It was not because of a lack of effort or concern on our side. Looking back, per your "buffet request" I absolutely should have staffed the buffet with team members to "portion" out the protein dishes in your brunch cuisine spread to your guest. Over all, as expressed it absolutely was a challenge for me to stay within your budget and on top of the ever changing demands. Coton
