We were left hanging by a warranty company and charged a ridiculous service charge by another AC company in Laughlin, NV. I reached out on this platform, and thankfully Michael responded. He took on the job, and work on it tirelessly until it was fixed.. replacing the AC unit, saving us $1000’s and charging us less than the big company quoted. He drove down from Las Vegas in the heat and didn’t stop until the job he quoted me was done. Thanks again Michael, you are a life saver!!

Michael has been an actual GOD SENT!! He not only cleaned my AC unit and made it run(for reference, we didnt run it and hasnt been cleaned in years and it was FILTHY), he was able to program it to work again and WOW!! Its been colder than ever! He is a dedicated professional and I have compared his prices to others, he is more than fairly priced, he will give it to you straight, not try to upsell you on stuff you dont need. I was so genuinely touched that he even followed up after the service to make sure the thermostat worked fine, which no one does. He is not only a great HVAC professional, he is a great human being. It would be a mistake if you went with other companies.
