"Terry did an outstanding job in a fast and efficient manner! He had to clean up the mistakes from another company and did it professionally. The previous company said the blower motor needed to be replaced and to do that the joists had to be cut out. Terry took a look at what they left him and within 5 minutes said the problem was a burnt solder joint. He resolved my issue in less than an hour. He is an expert at his work and very professional and easy to talk to. Overall awesome experience with this company!! They are now my preferred HVAC company and Terry has the knowledge and customer focus that any consumer would want.".

Tech was friendly and aswered all of my questions. Jo was completed much sooner than exoexted. eason for 4 not 5 stars is that i felt the charge of $879 for (stretching the time here) 3 hours was excessive. For that reason alone I doubt I'd be a repeat customer.
