I had an issue with my AC system and connected Mr. Gates via Thumbtack. I received a quick response from Dalton. His team schedule an appointment to assess the AC system. The technician found a pinhole leak in the outside coil caused by a severed wire spark. They checked the complete system and provided me a couple quotes with different options to repair the system. All this was done quickly and they left and let me review the quotes for a day and decide which option worked best for me. I felt no pressure during the process and called Dalton to discuss each of the options with him. I recommend this company to all my southern Nevada neighbors.

I came back from a trip and realized my AC unit stopped working. I made a few calls to different companies and decided on Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling. I asked an endless amount of questions and he answered everything thoroughly and patiently. It was excellent experience with new company that I found the owner's name is Dalton and he is very professional and a very excellent man that definitely is going to try to establish a business I recommend him an A+ everyone and the service man came to my home is above excellence and his name is Cris he is a very polite, knowledgeable and excellent technical repairman I would rate him over 99.9% of the people I have ever dealt with in my life as far as being a knowledgeable person with skills and make sure that he does not rip you off and scam you. I would briefly like to mention it is such a tremendous pleasure after the horrible experiences that I have had with the yes mancan.com and the Home Depot in the conspiracy of which they are both involved in of scamming and ripping people off and not doing repairs but charging ridiculous amounts of money it is a tremendous pleasure I promise you you will be happy and never regret using this company and the owner and this employee John E, Simmons ,SR.
