At Mr. Gates Heating & Cooling, we believe in honest work and honest pricing. Our motto is “we’re repairmen, not salesmen,” and we focus on fixing systems properly instead of pushing unnecessary replacements. We work hard to keep our pricing fair and competitive, and in many cases our prices are lower than the larger corporate HVAC companies in Las Vegas — without sacrificing quality or professionalism. We provide clear explanations and upfront pricing before work begins so customers know exactly what to expect. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the process simple and stress-free. -We gather information about the issue and schedule a convenient appointment -A technician arrives, performs a full diagnostic, and explains the problem in plain language -We provide repair options and pricing before any work begins -Once approved, we complete the repair or service as quickly as possible -After the job, we test the system, answer questions, and make sure everything is operating properly Our goal is to make customers feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on HVAC field experience working on residential and light commercial systems throughout Las Vegas. We stay current with modern equipment, diagnostics, airflow, electrical troubleshooting, refrigerant systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, and smart thermostats. We also continuously train on new HVAC technologies and manufacturer systems to provide reliable repairs and installations the right way.
