I scheduled the next appointment available with USA Air conditioning and Heat through this app. Unfortunately for me they weren’t available until the next day. Right after I booked my appointment Francisco called me to let me know that he could get to me today! He diagnosed my problem and had it repaired within a couple of hours. Quality, friendly work at a very fair price.

I contacted usa air conditioning and got a response and an appointment same day. There were a few issues of when the technician was actually en route, but they got there, they completed the job with no issues. Francisco senior helped give us a discount on the repair and was very nice to us.

I cannot even say enough good things! So professional and friendly showed me the bad parts and up and running on a Sunday. Definitely have my business when I replace. I mean, you have to admit that was completely honest to fix the part and not just make a sell in my desperate state ...haha

Francisco came out in a very timely manner and diagnosed the problem. He immediately replaced a bad part in the air exchanger. He showed me the bad part. Tested the system to make sure there were no other issues and let me know the age of the system. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Francisco was amazing! A handyman told me that the stove hood he had just installed was making a horrible noise because of the duct work. Francisco came in and immediately found that the problem was a defective part. He went to several Home Depot stores to find one that would exchange it. He installed it and it works perfectly. This had nothing to do with duct work, but I was very impressed and grateful. Believe me, if I have an air conditioning problem in the future, I will call him!
