Francisco was amazing! A handyman told me that the stove hood he had just installed was making a horrible noise because of the duct work. Francisco came in and immediately found that the problem was a defective part. He went to several Home Depot stores to find one that would exchange it. He installed it and it works perfectly. This had nothing to do with duct work, but I was very impressed and grateful. Believe me, if I have an air conditioning problem in the future, I will call him!

Usa air responded promptly and came the same day to do the repair on my 18” collapsed air duct. I had been struggling with insurance and repairmen for 3 weeks and they got it done in one day. The supervisor and work crew were courteous and the workers were quiet and neat and clean. Their price was competitive. Very impressed. Thank you so much
