What an amazing job USA air did for me. They gave me a quote over a text message once I provided photos and installed within 2 days after I contacted them. They came back to check out the system the day after and adjusted the airflow down a bit at my request. Great service and value as the other quotes were 6k-2k more for a replacement AC unit.

Francisco came out in a very timely manner and diagnosed the problem. He immediately replaced a bad part in the air exchanger. He showed me the bad part. Tested the system to make sure there were no other issues and let me know the age of the system. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Francisco was amazing! A handyman told me that the stove hood he had just installed was making a horrible noise because of the duct work. Francisco came in and immediately found that the problem was a defective part. He went to several Home Depot stores to find one that would exchange it. He installed it and it works perfectly. This had nothing to do with duct work, but I was very impressed and grateful. Believe me, if I have an air conditioning problem in the future, I will call him!
