First of all Patrick was very polite. However, we had a three hour window for our appointment and he arrived almost one hour after the window. He did text me to give me an approximate time of arrival but that was after waiting all morning where we could have been getting other things done. Also (and probably not his fault but something Lowes should have advised him of) we have a high ceiling for the fan install and his ladder wasn't tall enough. We set up a time for him to come back the next day with a taller ladder and he was late for that appointment also. He did get the fan up and running (with one piece left over that should have been put on but it was cosmetic so hopefully not a big deal).
