FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home or property. We provide flat-rate quotes whenever possible so there are no surprises. Initial cleanings (especially if the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently) may be priced higher than recurring visits due to the additional time and detail required. Recurring clients receive preferred pricing. We do not believe in hidden fees. If there are add-ons such as inside appliances, heavy buildup, move-in/move-out service, or specialty requests, those are clearly discussed upfront before booking. Our focus is quality over shortcuts. We price to ensure our team has the proper time to do the job right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation to understand the size of the home, current condition, and the client’s priorities. Based on that information, we provide a clear quote and confirm availability. Once scheduled, we follow a structured multi-point cleaning checklist tailored to the property type (residential, short-term rental, commercial space, etc.). After service, we conduct a quality check and provide confirmation that the work has been completed. For recurring clients, we maintain consistent scheduling, notes on preferences, and ongoing communication to ensure each visit meets the same standard. Our process is designed to be simple, organized, and reliable from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 20 years of combined hands-on experience in the professional cleaning industry, including residential homes, luxury properties, short-term rentals, and commercial environments. In addition to experience, we operate with structured systems and professional standards that ensure consistency on every job. Our cleaners follow detailed service checklists, complete check-in and check-out procedures, and document their work to maintain quality control. Before-and-after documentation is part of our internal process, and clients receive confirmation once service is completed. We’ve built ClearGlow around accountability, communication, and repeatable standards — not just cleaning, but delivering a consistent, professional experience every time.
