- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is a flat fee. I don’t like to charge for extra work because I believe in kindness so I pay it forward
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I wanna be able to meet my new clients in person and I love feeling their home. I will schedule a walk-through before I schedule the actual cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Network Communications but I got tired of working for corporate and started my own business.
