⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Service — The Real Deal!
When I contacted Duke of Computers, I was a complete mess! My PC wouldn’t turn on, and with so many important things going on in my life, this was definitely NOT the time for my computer to go down! 😩
I spoke with Jay, and from the very beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. They picked up my computer and diagnosed the problem for FREE, which already impressed me. Within 24 hours, they gave me the facts and explained my options clearly, allowing me to make the decision that was best for me — no gimmicks, no pressure, and absolutely no hard sales!
Fast forward about a week, and my baby is back online, and I'm sitting here writing this review! 🙌🏽💻
The cost was very reasonable, but what really stood out to me was the quality of service and the way I was treated. They never made me feel hopeless or pressured me into spending money. Instead, they were committed to finding a solution that worked for me.
And believe me, I am a HARD sell! 😂 i wasn't even in the mood, if you know what i mean? But these gentlemen are the truth. Good people and good service can be hard to find these days, and I definitely found both here.
