I know what I am doing because I have a good set of skills. I am very professional about it. Your problem is my problem and i am not happy until you are happy.
Computers play a big part in peoples lives and when you are frustrated I am able to come in and resolve the problem which makes me a hero. Maybe just a minor hero but still love the feeling I get from helping someone with my talents.

Ken was so kind to come in his day off to take a look at my desktop computer. I had taken it apart to clean it after it wasn’t working properly and i couldn’t get a piece back on. Its pretty simple. The average home user it will be $100 or less. The cost is based on what the problem is and how far away you are from my house. (Gas money)

Yes, I have always and will always continue my education because the technology field is always changing. If I don't stay informed what good am I.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working on computers since the 4th grade. When I found out you can make money doing what I love it was a no brainier. I have been doing computer work in one way or another ever since.
