Hi my name is Nichét and I Train and Entertain ~ I am a Nationally Qualified NPC Fitness Competitor, Professional Dancer and Model. Nichét Trains N Entertains ~ Nichét Trains athletes, entertainers and other professionals’ on how to EmbodYourself ~ “Embody” the truest versions of oneself through holistic health, fitness and wellness. Nichét Entertains in beginner and intermediate ballet, intermediate and advanced jazz and hip hop, go-go dancing, heels and twerk, as well as a few other styles. She is a vivacious, charismatic performer that will sure make you say, “WOW!” whether modeling or dancing! Nichét also entertains through her co-founding company Enlightened Edutainment. Enlightened Edutainment is here to Enlighten, Educate, and Entertain others through performing arts and event production. As well as positively impact the community by donating a portion of all proceeds, including hosting charity events.

Ms Nichet is a natural with kids. Even if my child comes to class temperamental, Ms Nichet will have her smiling and engaged within minutes. The girls are having a blast learning dance moves to their favorite songs. I appreciate that they are getting exercise, learning how to move their bodies and getting better rhythm. It's amazing what they have learned in such a few short classes!

Nichet is an absolutely amazing trainer and fitness coach. Right off the bat I could tell she would be a great fit, because she really listened to what my personal goals were during the initial consultation. She is very professional and always on time. She is encouraging and a true natural when it comes to motivating others (especially those of us who are just starting to get back into the workout game). She always greets me with a smile and gives me all the confidence in the world during our workouts. She offers customized meal plans as well, which has been extremely beneficial for me. I find it a lot easier to make healthier choices at the grocery store with her recommendations. It’s been just six weeks but already I can see and feel results. One of the best things about having Nichet as a health/fitness coach is that she checks in on me even on days we don’t workout together (weekends, when I’m away for work, or on vacation), and this really helps me to stay motivated and focused. Hiring Nichet has been hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving here. She really does show that she cares about the spiritual/emotional/physical health of her clients. Her energy is positive, easy going and fun. I think it would be hard NOT to get along with her. Nichet is an absolute blessing to have in my daily life as a coach, and I would highly recommend her to any of my peers or colleagues without reservation.

Nichet has been a great support system in my weight loss journey and health goals. Im so glad to have her as my personal trainer, and I suggest anyone that wants to meet their goals to reach out to her. She will personally set up a plan just for you and will be there through your journey. Best decision I ever made and I will keep the 100lbs off and it will stay off. Thank you Nichet!!!!!
