I was in a real pickle. My computer would not work at all, and I was going into the Hospital for Hip Surgery within a week, so I was unable to get the word out about being offline for over 3 weeks. I had met Havi a week or two earlier, but misplaced his card. When I got back from Hospital and re-hab, I located Havi's card and gave him a call. He came RIGHT over and told me what problems I had and that he could save just about all on the old computer and transfer over to new one he would install. Tight on monies, I bit the bullet! What a difference, I went from Windows 2000 to Windows 7 along with a lot of upgrades Havi suggested. My biggest problem was clearing over 6,000 e-mails. I am enjoying working with the new system and I know if I have any problems, Havi would be right here helping me!

Eclipse Computer Service and Repair were wonderful to deal with: very professional, thorough and helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone whether its for your personal computer or if its for your business. Am extremely happy to know that I now have a reliable company for my computer needs, especially since I'm so clueless.
