- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for a wedding, Every event is different, we price accordingly. We NEVER have any Hidden Fees or “Surprise” billing. We do not charge for travel! Bars/Parties/Corporate Events/Fundraisers etc. Will be bid on a case by case basis, every job is different. We take into account time, distance,and what type of event. Please ask about our Military/First Responder Discount, we fully support all Military and First Responders!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet/talk/text and get as much information as possible. Sign contract, lock in date, have continuous communication right up to and through the event. During show always have the person in charge communicating with me about volume levels, song choices, what's next and staying on any type of schedule that was agreed upon for special dances and speeches etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for and owned several different entertainment companies. With 30 years in the industry I am well versed in making people happy!
