They responded quickly and gave an accurate estimate for cleaning and inspecting a wood fire chimney. They confirmed arrival time. They arrived on time, were professional and polite. They did a great job and left the area clean. I would highly recommend them.

Our initial negative review was a terrible misunderstanding due to the changes thumbtack has made with their automatic /instant booking. We never confirmed the service and appointment with Lisa when we initially spoke, and thumbtack sent emails out as if we were confirming an appointment date/time leaving the customer to expect us at a specific date and time. Once we were able to get ahold of Lisa, we settled the misunderstanding and performed the service.

We are very pleased with Eco Home Heroes! They were very nice to deal with and did excellent work. Our tech showed me how to work our gas fireplace, which I did not know how to do. We just bought this house last year and did not get a manual for the fireplace. The cleaning he did was top notch! I highly recommend them.
