Juan and his counterpart were fantastic to work with. We are newbies at electric vehicle life and needed the “nema/free2move” charger installed in our garage. They came on a Sunday and it took a few hours because we couldn’t get it to connect to the suv initially. They were so patient, kind, and helpful and followed through until we got it operational, even though it was more of an app/tech issue vs their electrical aspect.
