If I could give 10 stars I would! Kyle from Sigma is the absolute man! I run a small biz here in Vegas and we tend to run into some serious electrical issues throughout our building and Kyle is without a doubt the most reliable, knowledgeable electrician I've ever worked with (and I've worked with a ton over the years). We purchased a jacuzzi tub without realizing that it needs an outlet with a 220 voltage. We did our research and found Sigma on Yelp. They came and gave us a free estimate, and answered all of our questions. We gave the company the job. The workers came to do the job on time. They pulled the 220 voltage from outside power panel, and put it through the attic to get it to our second floor master bathroom. We were happy that all the wires were invisible. After they finish the job, the workers cleaned and vacuum the debris. In addition they went above and beyond by attaching a new plug to our new jacuzzi which was not part of the deal. The workers were very professional, so does the office workers that we came in contact with. I highly recommend Sigma.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Visits consist of a $69.00 dispatch fee; however, this fee will be applied to the total repair costs. Specific tasks are pre priced but are subject to the obstacles and time the electrician may run into. Standard service hours are between 8am-4pm, if an electrician is needed after these hours, this would be considered an emergency call. If emergency dispatching is required for after service hours of 8am - 4pm hours, then a fee of $119.99 is required. This 119.99 pricing will be applied towards the final repair costs. The emergency dispatch fee of $119.99 provides you with 1 hour troubleshooting for our electricians to properly diagnose the problem and provide you with a final estimate. If homeowners work between the operating service hours, please disclose this to our dispatch team, and they will work on finding a solution that fits your specific needs around our schedule. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would be to contact our service department and speak to a dispatcher regarding your repair. No quotes can be provided over the phone, an electrician will visit the property to provide you with the estimate for any repairs. Should there be a dispatching fee, this will be waived upon repairs.
