- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the standard national pricing via Google search. Time and knowledge are what’s valuable. Sometimes there are unforeseen obstacles that take time to troubleshoot and resolve. Because of this, after the first hour of troubleshooting, I charge $50 per hour, in addition to the total cost of the work.

Understanding what their need is and helping them understand the issue or desired work.
