We have a beautiful, very large almost antique king size sleigh bed with drawers that finally fell apart after having been moved many times for projects over the years. It was quite expensive when purchased in 2007 and we debated whether to replace it with something perhaps less expensive or at least see if it could be repaired. I knew this job would take a pro as many of the under-legs that support this monster had snapped off or had been torn off. One of the side wooden rails had also ripped out. I searched on the Next Door app and found Andre who was widely praised as being a real pro. His rate is on the high side of so called handyman but we actually wanted this as long as it went with great reviews as experience has taught you generally get what you pay for. Andre did a great job in assessing the problem and coming up with a game plan. He repaired and strengthened the legs that weren’t missing. He had other legs custom made for those that were missing. He strengthened the bed throughout and we are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Andre.
