The product was perfect, everything worked as described, but he hits me up 2 months later to tell me I owe him money. Stated my card got declined and wanted a payment. He even tried to charge my card. I got a notice by email of a new invoice.
First of all he text me without any introduction. I have no clue who this is and all it says it “how would u like to make ur payment ur card was declined” ?? How about a you explain ur self first, and then we can figure out what the issue is. I have no idea what this random text is about. So I reply asking what this is about. Then he says that my deposit I placed over 2 months ago was declined. Not sure what kind of business he has that he can’t figure out that “supposedly” a payment was declined over 2 months ago.
He said on his end it showed declined but I looked through my bank account and showed him it was paid. Sent him Screen show showing the payment to his name. Then he reply’s I recommend u call ur bank to make sure. Hahah ok? Let me call my bank so they can find out why ur vendor u use for payment not paying u. Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend doing business with him. Unless u want a random invoice for more money 2 mo this later. Thankfully I kept my receipt of the cash I gave him when I picked up. I’ll make sure to fallow up with thumbtack so they are aware.
